• The service is only for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are.
• You must only use it where doing so, and betting, is legal where you live.
• Do not use the service if you have self-excluded from gambling or are worried about your gambling. See Safer gambling for free, confidential help.
• We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

• Back Post Tips provides football statistics, data and the output of statistical models, including form, streaks, probabilities and bookmaker prices, for information and entertainment. We do not give tips.
• We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept, place or settle bets, hold your money for betting or offer prizes. Any bet you place is between you and your bookmaker.
• Nothing on the site is financial or betting advice, and nothing is a guarantee. Models can be wrong, results are uncertain and you can lose money. Past form and streaks do not predict future results.
• Data, odds and statistics come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices change; the price shown on the site may not be available to you.
• AI-written text and answers can contain mistakes. Check anything important for yourself.

You decide whether to bet, what and how much. Only stake what you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and keep betting fun. You are responsible for complying with the law and your bookmaker's terms where you live.

• Give accurate details and keep your password secure. One account per person; accounts may not be shared.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

A free account includes statistics, fixtures, form and a small, one-off allowance of AI features. We may change what the free tier includes.

• Paid plans are offered monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the Plans page when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and you will be charged again, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
• If a payment fails, we may move your account to the free tier until it is resolved.

Subscriptions give you immediate access to digital content. When you subscribe you ask us to start straight away and agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. Payments are therefore non-refundable, as set out in our Refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

You agree not to:

• share, publish, resell or redistribute members-only content, including from our Telegram group;
• copy, scrape or automatically collect content or data from the site;
• share your login, or try to get around plan limits, free allowances or security;
• use the service unlawfully, abusively or in a way that harms other members or the service.

The site, its models, data presentation, text and design belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own private purposes.

• We are not liable for any betting losses, or for any decision you make based on the service, because the service is information and opinion and you choose whether to bet.
• We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party data or hosting failures.
• Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing paid content or belonging to someone under 18. If we end a paid subscription without such a reason, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

We may update the service and these terms. For significant changes we will tell you in advance by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.
